It is a privilege to have a staff computer to use at work. It truly is. It is important to remember that the staff computer is not the same as the home computer. Therefore, personal photos should not be saved on the Z drive. It's best to download one's photos from a digital camera at home.
I went through my files on the 'Z' drive before beginning this 'Next Generation' Spring Cleaning exercise. In doing so, I discovered some files that were no longer necessary. Documents that I had created at my previous branch and other, miscellaneous files were taking up unnecessary space. I deleted them and cleaned up my folder.
In the 'P' drive, I went through staff photos and placed some pictures on Flickr.
This was a helpful exercise.
